How do I receive my purchase?
All products are delivered as instant digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link. No waiting, no shipping — just download and print.
What format are the forms in?
Forms are delivered as print-ready PDF files. Simply download, take to your local print shop, and make as many copies as you need.
Can I edit the form after I purchase it?
The forms are not editable by the end user. However, we can add your company logo upon request. If you need a different layout or format, contact us and we can discuss a custom modification.
I can't find a form I need — can you make it?
Absolutely. If you have a form you already use and want it recreated professionally, or need something built from scratch, reach out to us. We have extensive experience in form design using Excel, Google Sheets, Adobe, and custom coding.
How long do I have access to my download?
Once purchased, the form is yours for life. You will not lose access due to subscription expiration or catalog changes.
Do you track downloads?
Yes. All downloads are tracked and logged, including the date, time, and IP address of each download. This information is used to verify access, protect against unauthorized distribution, and enforce our single-business licensing terms.
The catalog keeps growing — how do I know when new forms are added?
We upload new forms regularly — sometimes daily. Check back often or follow us on social media to stay updated on new additions.
Bookings & Consultations
What happens when I book a free consultation?
You will be directed to our scheduling page where you can select an available time slot. A confirmation with a meeting link will be sent to your email automatically.
What is covered in a consultation?
We discuss your specific field documentation needs, form customization options, onboarding packages, branding add-ons, and any other services we offer. It is a no-pressure conversation to see how we can help your operation.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel. We require at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments with no notice, will result in a $150.00 no-show/late cancellation fee billed directly to you.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
If you miss your scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours advance notice, a $150.00 fee will be billed to you. This policy exists to respect the time of our team and other clients. Please make sure to cancel or reschedule in advance if your plans change.
Do you offer ongoing support after a consultation?
Yes. We offer custom onboarding packages, branding services, and form customization as paid services. Details are available on our services pages.
Refund & Sales Policy
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Due to the instant digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download has been accessed. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
What if I accidentally purchased the wrong form?
Contact us as soon as possible before accessing the download. We will do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee a resolution once the file has been downloaded.
Can I share or resell the forms I purchase?
No. All forms are licensed for single-business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased files is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement. All downloads are logged with date, time, and IP address — unauthorized distribution is traceable and actionable.
